In the case of detected problems with the completeness (completeness is determined by the description of the product on the box or in the instructions), we will arrange a replacement or send the missing component within 1 working day to 1 month, depending on the availability of the component.

You can also exchange or return the product within 14 days of purchase. To take advantage of this opportunity, please ensure that:

  • The product should not have signs of use, it should not have mechanical damage (scratches, chips, abrasions, etc.). The product must be in a protective film. If the film is removed, we can meet if all the game components are in good condition (tokens and chips NOT squeezed out of the frames, packages with components are not opened, etc.);
  • Completeness must be fully observed (as indicated in the instructions or on the box);
  • All labels and factory markings are preserved.

Payment of transport costs in the case of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer. When paying by bank card on the website, money is returned only to the card from which the payment was made.

In case of delay of the order, its complete loss, incorrect delivery route, or other unforeseen circumstances, the responsibility for covering the costs falls on the seller.
